I think it was a bit of both. She was saying in ep'2 that she was having a hard time adjusting after Jerimiah was born because everything seemed so crazy and she didn't want to go through that again. Plus, she is not only doing hair in her shop, but she is doing it for that talk show also, so she is happy with things the way the are (supposedly
).
