I thought this would be a fun little thread to start for our resident legal eagles and law students....
What do you know now that you wish you had known as a 1L? I'll get the ball rolling and jump in with a few more things later.....
I wish I would have known that you don't have to brief every case your professor assigns! The minor details of the cases are not going to be on your finals...don't kill yourself mapping out all of them!
