improving Brotherhood/Sisterhood

In light of the variety of our OPINIONS ON PLEDGING/INTAKE, and our definitions on Brotherhood/Sisterhood(and our expectations of it), what can we as members of individual greek-lettered organizations do to improve it? How REAL can our "hood" get?
