Is hazing more of a 'guy' thing or a 'girl' thing, and also.....

Is hazing more of a 'guy' thing or a 'girl' thing. I think that both sororites and fraternities do hazing, but is it more intense for guys? What kinds of hazing do girls do in sororites?
