I'm sorry if this offends, but "cool" lessons?? You are kidding me...
I agree with carnation in that the older you get (and I'm not old yet
), the more you realize that legacies are important to your organization. I think I'd be devastated if I had a daughter go through recruitment and not get a bid from my own group. Especially the way we all toot our own group's horns
