i can't believe a twelve yearold would act ath wat in a restaurant. my grandmother used to take/go out with my mother and my sister and i to restaurants all the time. granted, ythey were family places becuase you don't take children to a fancy reastaurant, but i had good restaurant manners drilled into me by the time i was 6. if i could behave at that age (and i was not one for sitting still or being quite ever) than i assume that someone twice that age could manage to be mature enough to handle a restaurant like that.
