Encourage your daughter to attend pref and then make her decisions. Don't list any house on the MRABA where she won't accept a bid. Statistically, she is more likely to receive a bid from the weaker recruiting chapter. If she takes the risk and lists the chapter she doesn't want, receives a bid and chooses not to accept it, she has no options until formal recruitment next fall.
