It's a bit hard to read all the info they have online, but I see a sentence that it is possible not all groups will participate,,,they will put it on their greek life FB when they know more. Glad they have a bit of this resolved, as the last thing I had heard only one group had been allowed to recruit so far this Winter/Spring.
