I am sorry that that happened. That is really unfortunate. I misunderstood your post. NO there is NOT a difference in the pain and suffering felt. You don't say "Well the man who did x,y,z was Black, so it's okay). No! I thought you meant in terms of punishment for the crime. I am so sorry.
