The latest trends that I have noticed have been with sororities and fraternities offering more leadership, community service, and campus involvement oppurtunities. Stress the importance of this issues and the bond of your brotherhood. Also, I know it may sound a little cheesy, but it really is a lot of fun, try theme parties. I don't know exactly how you did rush before, but it's just a suggestion. My entire campus is dry as is the town that we are in. We have a great greek system and our numbers are still really good.
