Okay, this may be a harsh thing to do but...you may have to drop her!! If you all can make the 19th, go the 19th even if one cannot make it. I mean it is better to have 10 girls go versus only 2. This will look very bad!
Also, if she is so fickle in her choices and so selfish I dont know aht she would be that great of a fit for everyone else. She can always go to another group!
It is hard to tell someone you care for something like this but sometimes its just what you gotta do!
