If William's heir is his child, Catherine will become Queen Mother and the crown will be passed on. When William is King, Catherine will technically be Queen Consort, but referred to as Queen Catherine.
As to her current title, Catherine is HRH Duchess of Cambridge and referred to as Your Highness.
