Tiffany blue is trademarked, and all of the people that have a "Tiffany" themed wedding never have the real color.

I think Peppy was talking about the people who do a "Tiffany" theme to their wedding and (for example ) have the Tiffany boxes stacked around. Such as:
A, and
B.
I love brown and blue together, too though.
