Make sure you've really exhausted your personal contacts before you go to the APH.
another question lol..
My dad knows a sorority woman (not sure if she's in a sorority from usc though). I have never met her in my life, though. If she could write me a letter, what would the difference between this "personal contact" and a woman from the APH be?
