Kappa Alpha Theta Formal Canceled at Last Minute (Alcohol) -- U of Colorado

Reportedly a Kappa Alpha Theta sorority formal at the U of Colorado was canceled just before it began because of concerns about underage (and apparently heavy) drinking:
