This is a situation that would be specific to the campus, and unless someone was there, we won't be able to tell you for sure. If a sorority does not match to quota through the regular process, they are allowed to "snap bid" any PNM who didn't match or had dropped out or been released. That MIGHT be an explanation.

Hopefully the Greek Advisor and/or the VP Recruitment will reply and let you know your options.
