Oops! I forgot to add this to my original post. Since I opened my big mouth, I figure that I should be the first to volunteer. I put my name in under philanthropy.

Constitution and Bylaws - Yes, Virginia, we need bylaws.

Officers - how do we select (see Constitution committee), positions available. I suggest having at least one representative from every area (NPC, NPHC, IFC, local, MCG, GDI etc...)

Membership - who is a member, how do we get members, designing a membership application...etc.

Ritual/Initiation - creating one!

Website - design and hosting

Outreach - creating a proposal for the suggested greek life presentations.

Philanthropy - to coordinate reports on Gamma Chi members' philanthopy efforts.

Paraphanalia - Suggests manufacturers of letters, letters, shirts, etc. Perhaps the badge too?

Chapter Operations - loads of subcategories here. ktsnake...you wanna investigate dues?
