We've got a tradition where everybody gets to say something at the end of the meeting. Sometimes it's a gripe, other times it's just a silly saying or comment. Usually, we get all our problems aired in the actual meeting, so the end is a chance to compliment and joke.

That said, anything ritual related needs to be serious.
