treblk, I finally got the book YOU on a Diet and I've been reading it. I LOVE it. I didn't have a chance to listen to all the discs when I had it on CD, so I'm enjoying the read and learning a lot!!
delph, you are about to be my inspiration. Because when it cools off or if it is a rainy fall, I'll have to start driving to work. And that means I'll have to get up early to exercise. I am like Soror lovelyivy - I don't do early mornings. But I also realize these kids DRAIN me and exercising after work is never going to happen. Though I am contemplating working out with the basketball teams afterschool sometimes. See if I can push myself to keep up with these kids. LMAO, the thought truly cracks me up.

Guess what I got? Guess what I got??? QUADS!!!!! Yes, I, Flabby Thighed Monique herself, has quadriceps!!! I can SEE them!!!!!! I see them best if I lay down and raise my legs in the air when I'm doing ab exercises. I was like, wait, is that, AW SHOOT!!!

When I'm standing, it's harder to see cuz there is still fat covering them. But they are under there!!!! I'm tellin' you, it really is the little things.
