I didin't watch the whole special but I thought they said it started from Jay-Z hearing NAs saying some unflattering things baout him. on a radio station in LA. But maybe hat was later inthe chronology.
Did they even address the baby's mama thing on MTV? It is all through Jay-z raps. When Nas was on the radio out here (in B-more) they asked him about the baby mama thing. He compared it to Big, Tupac and Faith and said that they weren't fighting over Faith, she just got used in the battle to push buttons- same thing here.
