Yeah, I don't think that's double parking, that's just straddling the line.
I hate it when people cut me off, almost running me off the road, then when I honk to let them know I'm there (on the off chance they just didn't see me) they flip me off like I did something wrong.
Honda's have such friendly sounding horns....I wish my horn wasn't so cheery. I want a mean horn!
