Did you sign anything when you ordered those shirts? If you didn't sign anything indicating that you were bound into a contract with that lady, then you can refuse to pay for the shirts and just not ever pick them up. I don't think that there is anything that she can do to you to make you pay if you didn't sign some sort of agreement.
