Re: CFC...... Angie DOES need to learn excuses, lol. I was just disappointed in her. I think you really need to be mentally ready to lose a serious amount of weight. If she wasn't ready, she shouldn't have come onto the show. She's blaming everyone BUT Angie.
Let's say she had a craving for pastrami. I'm sure she could have gotten a small salad and the sandwich, and just eaten enough to take care of the craving. Dont' get mad at Pastrami just because it tastes good!
