Maybe this is just me personally, but I HATE it when guys don't shake my hand normally. I don't just give them my fingers, I want to shake with my whole hand. I've had many a guy tell me that I have a strong handshake. And I hate it when girls go to shake my hand and offer me their finger tips, like their afraid to really shake my hand.
