One girl did go through rushing with another sorority, but she wasn't well-recieved there.
It's hard to explain how we want ours to be different. Like your GPA would have to be higher to even consider us. So I guess you could consider it academically-based. None of us want to have a fraternity associated with us (there's a word I want, but I can't remember), and I'm pretty sure all of the sororities here have that.
As far as I know, the numbers of the other sororities and fraternities are all relatively high and pledging starts soon and I know a lot of people are interested.
I'm going to throw out the idea of the social to the other women in the group; see what they think. Thanks for that idea.
