I suggest contacting the Alumnae Panhellenic in your area and seeing if they could point you in the right direction. Most women will not write you a recommendation without personally meeting you, and they may be able to help you to find an alumna in your area who would be willing to help you.
I saw in an earlier post of yours that you will be transferring from LSU, where there is a Kappa chapter. Do you know any members or alumnae from the LSU chapter that could assist you? Just a thought!
