He didn't graduate.
I can't even remember when he was initiated, but it had to have been around 2000 or so. That local has gone through quite a few name changes, because he has a party shirt that lists them all. I think they are called Alpha Theta Chi now, but they were Epsilon Phi or something like that when he was initiated. They certainly were not TKE at that time.
