The Zeta flower?

I was recently invited to a Zeta formal in November, and I just wanted to know what the Zeta flower is so that I can get an appropriate boquet/corsage for my date. I could ask her, but I wanted to do that "How did you KNOW?" cute surprise thing.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Cool

It's the white violet--good luck in finding them in the fall!

Turquoise and Grey ribbons in the corsage..or maybe even present your date with a little crown charm - the kind that can be worn on a necklace or charm bracelet?

I gotta say this is such a romantic thing....when guys pay attention and come up with a gift or something that took effort to figure out it makes it 10x's a good as a generic gift like chocolate or roses....Barbara's idea of ribbons are probably your best bet if you want to go the flowers route...I would certainly like that

Thumbs up

I know this thread was left a long time ago, but when I read the meassages I had to tell anyone who reads this about our Bid Day surprise. The Bid Day committee was at the lodge decorating and getting ready. Some of us were outside hanging banners when the president of the ATO chapter at our school came up and handed us a potted white violet plant. The card with it simply read, To the Ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha, Congrats on a successful recruiment and God Bless. Love the Men of Alpha Tau Omega. We were so touched we nearly cried. It was so sweet not only that they thought of us, but that they went to the extra trouble of finding out what our flower was. I just wanted to pass that on to you all and give props to the Men of ATO!
