I'm being taken out to a business lunch. I may have a chicken pot pie or a salisbury steak with onions, creamed spinach and French fries. I don't worry about calories -- I can fit in my deb ball dress just fine.

Got me thinking about lunch already and it's only 9am out here in Cali.....
I'm thinking about having a calamari salad with mango vinagrette from my fav restuarant that serves mexican "coastal" cuisine...whatever that's supposed to mean.

I'm full....
One of the undergraduate groups had a male appreciation dinner last night. ON POINT, they even made me a plate. I had baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cornbread.
Needless to say, when my 1:15 appointment with a probation student comes in....I might fall asleep.

I just had lunch and it is 5:21 pm CST. Got busy today and forgot to take one. Had a turkey sandwhich from the vending machine.

I just had dinner at work. The direct care workers made homemade mac and cheese and pork chops. I'm full and sleepy now. I'll just close my office door and nod off for a minute or 2. Then I'll have some of that lemon cake the AM staff made today before the kids eat it all!!

An maybe some walnuts...

HUmm? Today is a short day for me at work and strangely enough, I am really feeling like some hot sausage patties, eggs and grits. Yes. For lunch. Afterall, I am almost seven months pregnant, so theres my excuse. I had a healthy breakfast though!!

I'm salivating over the thought of going to the Spanish Restaurant up the street and having some white rice, beans and baked chicken......with salad and yellow plantains.......all for a mere $6.00.....
