Does anyone know anything about the women's club movements of the nineteenth century? Is there any connection between these clubs and the D9 sororities?

"When and Where I Enter" by Paula Giddings (also author of "In Search of Sisterhood") is an EXCELLENT book on this subject.

Definitely!! I picked this up during the summer. It was a wonderful read.

Thanks, I know a little bit about the subject, and I wonder if anyone had done any writing on it. The connections and similarities seem apparent to me.
