What do you do?

What do you do when you feel totally overwhelmed?
What are some good remedies for stress?
How do you prioritize?

Call in for a 'duvet day' from work - it's not a sick day per se, just a day OFF ...

You also don't do housework, clean anything oyu have to do - do what you WANT to do.... a personal favorite is go to a matinee of a film that you know you want to see that's REALLY cheesy, but you wouldn't want anyone to see you at (like "Win a date with Tad Hamilton" Hilarious!). Then go and get a pedicure - nothing like pretty feet and you MUST get a kickass colour...finally, head to Barnes and Noble grab a book, and have a good read ...

Sometimes we don't have a chance to focus on ourselves, which can lead to feelings of WAY TOO MUCH (you know what i mean). I find when I let myself enjoy ME, things become much clearer and I regain my focus. (And LORD KNOWS, I have had to do this a lot the past 6 months)

Ahhh .... I feel a duvet day coming on .....
