Chapter Guards

Hey everyone-

A friend and I have been searching all night for a site that sells chapter guards for our pins. I went to a bunch of links from some posts on this board, but none of them have guards with pearls. I found sites with plain guards, but I want a nice pearl one.

Any help would be appreciated! I know there has to be a site out there somewhere because I have seen many people with them!

I am thinking that maybe you could contact your Nationals and see where THEY get the guards? I remember when we were ordering our sister pins that we were given the choice of pearl encrusted or plain guards.

I thought I'd be different in my chapter and bought a "crest guard" instead of a chapter guard. Just another idea...

I emailed AlphaGold and they replied and said they will send me a catalog. They don't have any pearl ones on their website.

AlphaChiGirl--do you know how I can contact Burr Paterson and Auld?

Now I have another dilemna---a friend just told me she thinks the pearl ones are tacky. Are they? Or are they pretty (like I think!) Honest answers please!!!

I have a pearl-encrusted chapter guard, and I absolutely love it! I can't see why anybody would think they are "tacky" - it's gorgeous!

Just my opinion though....
