Exclamation My work building caught on fire!!

For those Chicago natives,
I work in the LaSalle Bank building that caught on fire today! omg, i was glad i did not stay late today! the fire broke out on the 29th fl, but i work on 21. either way, alot of my friends work on 31 and they were working late and got caught up in the smoke and all. but everyone got out okay....
I actually had to go to a focus group and didnt get out until 730pm. (fire broke out at 630pm) and my phone kept ringing and ringing. when i finally checked my messages, it was insane! my mom was near hysterics thinking something happened to me! oh how scary. i get chills just thinking of what could have been!

It made BREAKING NEWS in Hawai`i. I hope you're ok and that everyone in the building made it out safely.

Because my building is close to yours, I had to leave work early since the helicopters made all that noise. You all should stop causing fires in that area.

Yeah I saw that on the news last night! You'd think that after the last fire where those people died that more buildings would pick up the pace to get sprinklers!! Thank God the building had windows that actually opened!!

Glad to hear you are alright. And glad to know there were no serious injuries or deaths.
