Question Famous ASA?

Hey Ladies! This is Jamie from EY (california University of PA) anyway I was wondering if you know of any famous ASA's? I heard Pamela Anderson was... can someone please help me clarify this?! It's super important because for rush we are making shirts and each sorortity has a famous person listed next to their sorority, and we said Pamela Anderson was... but if she's not then we need to change it ASAP... because that might just be a rumor! Please email me or reply and let me know! Thanks a bunch!

Hi Jamie, were you at district day this past weekend?

Pammy is NOT an ASA. I don't think she attended college at all.

Because I am a geek I looked in the alum directory and there WAS a Pam Anderson who was a sister - but she lives in a teeny town in Kentucky (the sort where you have a Box # instead of a street address) so I definitely don't think it's her, LOL.

The most famous Alpha I know of isn't really celebrity famous...

If you've ever see the movie October Sky, the teacher from the movie (the REAL teacher, not the actress) was an ASA...in fact, that might be a good opertunity to show a little piece of the movie at rush (if NPC allows that) and a really good example of the "intellectual" aspect

Hi - I think I heard Nancy Reagan is. She may be a better personality to use.

Nancy isn't either. She went to Smith College which doesn't have Greek life. If we had alum initiated her for whatever reason it would definitely be a huge deal.

I don't know where this one ever got started - I saw it on a website somewhere and was like "huh?" I'm guessing it's the same as the Pam thing - that there is someone named Nancy Davis (her maiden name) or Nancy Reagan, but it's not THAT one.

ASA_EUP_Alum, introduce yourself in the sound off thread when you get time.
