What is the most powefull international organization out there?
Of course, this is in my humble opinion, so guess which organization do I believe is the most powerful in term of actually forcing countries to abide by their rulings.

"We'd like to thank the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement (U.N.C.L.E.) whithout which this thread would not be possible..."
Actually, my guess is the Security Council of the United Nations, though the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) is pretty far-reaching globally.

Nope. I'm talking about an organization that has the ability to actually force countries to abide by its ruling. The UN Security Council has many outstanding resolutions which are ignored. I'll give you a hint, they are based in Geneva.
ETA: This organization has the ability and has change legislations in countries all over the world.

You're right, they're not secretive. However, if you read what their publicly stated agenda is, and see how its been implemented, your reaction should be
I read a great book (its now out of print) called American Hegemony and the Trilateral Commission. I recomend it because it was written with the cooperation of many TriComm members, including David Rockefeller, the founder.

INTERPOL give out arrest warrants, but they do not have the authority to arrest or even force countries to arrest the individul. UNICEF does not have any power. They are more of a NGO that concentrate on children.
