NJ Chapters?

Hi ladies

I've been interested in Beta Sigma Phi for quite awhile but I've been hesitant about sending my information in. I just graduated from college this year, so I'm a little concerned about my age since it seems as though most of the members are older than me. Do you think this would be an issue? Also, I know it is possible to join Beta even though I am a member of TPA, but how common is it for NPC women to join Beta? Finally, I live in NJ (very close to NYC) and I was wondering if there were even any chapters in my area.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Well, the best way to find a BSP chapter near you is to email membership@betasigmaphi.org or even find 6 friends and start your own (Erica and I have done it twice!)

And yes, its possible to be in an NPC and BSP! I dd it!

Thanks Alison! I finally sent in my information and also requested some more information about starting a chapter (ideally, that's what my friend and I would like to do).

I am also looking for a chapter in NJ. I am currently living in Sussex County. I am also student teaching. I have been an alumni for my sorority for about 3 months and I hate it. I live about 2 hours from Kean University and I was wondering if anyone knew of one in Northern NJ. I am very interested!! I have read the replies on how to start a new chapter...I am also interested in that. That would be wonderful! Thank you, Emily

It's so great to hear a bunch of you looking for a chapter or thinking about starting your own! If you are looking to find a chapter, I have the Torch with all the chapter's names in it.
