check out your local chapter of the junior league! some chapters accept girls in their early twenties and while it's probably not going to provide you with a traditional collegiate sorority experience, the junior league offers tons of opprtunities to make new friends and better your community. it's worth a shot!

edited to add: also, you might look into other sorority-esque service organizations at your school. texas tech, for example has two - miller girls and fashion board. fashion board especially was WILDLY popular while i was at tech - they had mixers with fraternities, their own presentations, crush parties, formals, etc...

Just a note: While most chapters set their minimum age at 18, the average age of new member classes tend to be in the mid to late 20s (there may be some college aged girls too. There's a girl in my chapter who is going into her fourth year). But at the same time, being friends with women slightly older than you might be able to guide you through school, since they've been through it already. Maybe they can provide you with some insight into what the post-graduation, working world is like! I say go for it.
