POP hunk Justin Timberlake is to wed girlfriend Cameron Diaz.

The singer, 23, popped the question — after asking her parents’ permission.

He also asked his MUM for approval to wed the “thrilled” Shrek 2 star, according to pals.

Justin was spotted shopping for an engagement ring for Cameron, 31, before proposing.

News of the wedding has been confirmed by a representative of former N’Sync singer Justin.

Pals say it will be “a very quiet affair”.

One added: “It will be more like that of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin — nice and discreet.

“Cameron is absolutely thrilled about the engagement. They are both very much in love.”

I think that this may be one of those hokey registeries like Brandy had. If y'all remember, she had a baby shower that the common folk and fans threw for her where she donated those gifts to charity. However, she keep the REAL baby shower gifts for herself (i.e. the Coach diaper bag, the Prada stroller, the Gucci teddy bear, etc.) I don't know who Solange is fooling. She doesn't have enough fans for that....
