Bachelor Rumour

I heard on tv this morning that the next Bachelor is going to be older, maybe in his 40s or so because the producers think that guys that age who are interested in being on a dating show would more likely want to marry. What does everyone think?

I wouldn't be surprised - it's starting to look bad for them when it fails again and again.

Plus, there are really attractive older men who could still keep the ratings up. Maybe they'll get a George Clooney look alike!

it's true and there's going to be 2 men and the women will get to choose who gets to stay to become the "bachelor"

Interesting. I guess "The Bachelorette" will still be under the old format, since Trista married and Meredith and Ian are still together. Or will it???

I hope, if they are going to have an "older" bachelor, that they will have "older" women.

I think they'll fall into the same no-marrying trap that the previous bachelors had if they have a 40-something man "dating" 21 year old women.

they said that the women would be between their late 20s and throughout their 30s

and they havent had a Bachelorette since Meredith.....i guess since the men are 0 for 5, they figure they'll keep going until they get one married

well technically Bachelor Bob got married but not to Estella
