Chicken!

So this is what I made tonight: pretty good if I do say so myself. But the recipe needs a good name...

1 whole chicken- thawed
1 16oz can of pineapple rings in their own juice
3oz of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of honey
6 shots of tequila
few dashes of garlic pepper

pre heat oven to 375
seperate pineapple rings from juice
mix pineapple juice and honey together, stir well
add cranberries to moisten them
seperate pieces of chicken and place in a baking dish
lay pineapple rings over top of chicken
pour juice & cranberry mix over chicken
sprinkle garlic pepper over chicken
pour in 3 shots of tequila
drink the rest

place in oven for 25 minutes
laddle juices over chicken
place in oven for another 10 minutes
