Draft

I heard this yesterday from one of my nephews who is in HS...he mentioned that his HS history teacher made a statement that come this fall there is a vote on the floor to reinstate the draft? has anyone heard this? i watch the news regularly and i had not heard of this wondered if anyone else has......................
