Highs and Lows

Highs: Went to my big sister's bachlorette party this weekend at VA beach. It was a lot of fun. Last night, we got a limo to take us from bar to bar.. the guy was about our age.. and got us in everywhere for free and we didnt buy a single drink all night. Now thats the way to go.

Lows: Got the worst cramps right now.. uuggh

Highs: I signed the lease to my new apartment today! I'm such a dork, but I also bought my first official IU shirt. Time to support a new school.

Lows: I had to drive almost 5 hours round trip in the rain, which was very tiring and stressful.

Highs: I had a great call with our AAC chair this afternoon. And I only have a week and a half left of classes this term! And only 1 paper and 1 exam left!!!

Lows: My 1 exam is on Thursday and I haven't started studying for it.

Highs: After much searching for a good job that I would want to stick with.. I was offered a position as an engineer. Then this week as well.. I was offered a position as an au pair in Rome with this great family.

Lows: This situation. How come you go from nothing .. to two things.. now I have to make a decision.. a hard one. I would love to go to Italy and be able to travel and see different areas. On the other hand, the job would be good, making good money compared to the other position, and I will still be around here close to friends and family. Plus I am afraid to give it up then get back and go through the same situation of searching..

Highs: I finished my only exam of our short term, and I think it went well! woo hoo! Now I just have 1 more week of classes until I am a big bad senior! Also, this week is senior farewell!

Lows: I was cooped up inside studying for said exam on a beautiful day....

Highs: I found out that I have 2 "study" weeks when I go back to school. So I've decided I might take my october one and go to Germany to visit my uncle and cousin and his girlfriend (who is the sweetest woman) and her children. Also, my dad offered to pay for my plane ticket.

Lows: The bad news is it's a bribe to lose weight. it's a very good offer. I just hope I can do it.

Highs: It's Victoria Day today. Which means I have the day off.

Lows: I am so bored.

Highs: Well, I outdrove the monster thunderstorm on my way back to Indy. I saw Shek 2 today and LOVED it!

Lows: I'm back in Indy, miss my bf, and I still don't think my AC is working.

Hmm..I posted a msg a few days ago and it never showed up...hmm...

Anyway,

Highs: Today is a very laid back kind of day. My AC was fixed two days ago (sigh of relief!) and my bf gets here on Monday for his two week visit.

Lows: I'm bored out of my mind. I wasn't exactly happy with the AI turnout, and the Pacers lost again last night.

Yeah, it's the summer. I don't have much of a life right now.

Highs: I wrote my assesment test for Seneca College yesterday. I did really well. I just have to wait for my mark for the essay and find out which English class they are going to put me in. I did okay on the math section of the test. But I'm above the cutoff so hopefully I will be able to do the general elective course instead of the business math course.

Lows: I have a headache and I want to go home.

Highs: Today is my birthday.. I am 23. Yeah! I got great gifts from my parents.. I asked for nothing bc there really wasnt anything that I wanted.. but they know me so well and got exactly what I wanted without even knowing it.

Lows: My ex is a complete jerk.. i know he is my ex and i shouldnt expect anything from him, but after spending four years with someone the least you would expect is a bday card sent in the mail better than.. "couldnt forget to send you a bday card.. or I knew I would be on your shit list." Yes that is what the card said.. how special that made me feel You think you know someone..

Highs: The Pacers won tonight! (2-2 in the series..beat the Pistons by about 15). I worked out today and feel pretty good, and I'm reading Michael J Fox's autobiography.

Lows: Well, my apartment complex decided to repave my parking lot and towed my car this morning without permission or notification. Needless to say, I was NOT happy. Also, the fumes from the pavement was horrible and smelled throughout the day. Yuck.

Highs: Last night at work I won a $5 gift card which I'm going to put towards the second season of SATC!

Lows: I'm too nice! Today was going to be my first time sleeping in since I worked 10 hours Friday, 14 hours Saturday, 5 hours yesterday. Instead I agreed to come in to my one job 11-4 or 5 today plus 6-12:30 at the other job. Tomorrow I also work at 10AM so there's no sleep for me! It may be lots of money but from all this standing I'm having serious leg pain and back pains.

Highs: I am finished with all my work!! Done with junior year!

Lows: I have to pack up all my stuff today I'm moving into an apartment tomorrow...
