Paid Exile
Would you accept $10,000,000 to leave the country in two hours and NEVER set foot in it again?

Absolutely not. There is no amount of money that could make me do that.

Nope, no way. My country and my citizenship are precious to me and no amount of money is worth giving them up.

The only terms are:
You never set foot in your home country again.
Maybe the word exile is messing with y'all.
You didn't commit a crime or an act of treason. Someone with some deep pockets just offers you $10, 000, 000 to leave and NEVER come back.

well if i was leaving the country... they couldn't charge me taxes on that 10 mill. Could live just across the border in Canada, lol. Or somewhere fun....
could be tempting but at the age of 23, might need more than 10 mill

Exactly, I'd be all up in Toronto and Ontario and Vancouver. Flying all my family and friends up for the weekend. Better yet might start a business with a few million and move my friends up there.

ERRR, Toronto's part of Ontario. Ontario is a province, Toronto and Vancouver are cities.

I'd move to the UK... I can learn to drive on the wrong side of the road for that kind of dough

I would do it in a heartbeat if I could be exiled to somewhere like Italy or something. Also, I'd love to just live on a beach for the rest of my life, so maybe Tahiti would be fun too...

For 10 million, I'd be French and oppose the Iraq war.

Well that money would be gone in a heartbeat with all of my medical/diabetic supplies necessary. I don't know what health insurance is like in other countries, but I think I will stick it out here for a while.

Absolutely, as long as I could take my cats.
