Want to relocate overseas...

I'm graduating this may (woo hoo) and am really looking to relocat out of the country. Ideally, i'd like to move to Spain, but I'm partial to Latin America as well. I speak Spanish proficiently and would prefer not to teach english.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?? or experience??

My friend works for the foreign service! She is a consulate officer in the Dominican Republic, and loves it (although I'm a tad worried about political instability, she's just fine!)
