Question 10 day diet, need help from the gurus

So I'm going on a cruise in 10 days. I've been working out fairly regularly, etc. But the past few days i've eaten too much bad for me food and I feel cruddy. The thought of wearing a bathing suit in a week and a half makes me feel icky!

Anyone have advice for a 10 day game plan? I'm going to try to drink water only (except for my morning glass of OJ), cut out the pop and alcohol, workout as much as possible.

But diet wise, i'm not sure what to do. I'm not asking how do i drop a ton of weight in 10 days, I just want to look, and more importantly, FEEL good.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Eat LOTS of veggies. Limit your salt intake. Eat lots of lean protein. I tried to loose some weight quickly for an audition and my friend's husband (avid workout/fitness guy) had me on this diet where I ate egg whites for breakfast, then I alternated every 3 hours I think with a salad or skinless chicken breast and asparagus. I also was drinking TONS of water and taking potassium pills (I think they helped me not retain water?). It made me look better but it wasn't fun!!!

Go to "lifestyle" then "breakfast" then "bio-blocks". It's supposed to be done in conjunction w/ a detox product but the food alone worked for me. It's a variation of food combining - just eating veggies and lots of uncooked stuff.
