rituals

Hey, ladies!
I'm just wondering how other chapters do things. Do your chapters hold pledge rituals and progression rituals during regular meeting times or do you schedule special dates for these ceremonies? Do the members dress up, dress casually, or dress alike? Do you celebrate afterward in some special way?

When I got my ROJ, another chapter performed the ceremony, and they asked us to dress up. It was all quite formal and beautiful, and I'm just wondering if every chapter does it this way. Also, I'm looking for some ideas to say "YAY!!" after these special rituals.

My ceremony was done during a regular meeting. Well after our meeting. I had no idea it was being done until the Chap president told me to meet at her crib and we were driving together. People did not dress up though

The 2 riturals I've been in were done b4 the closing of the regular business meeting. Everyone is asked to dress up (NO jeans or tennis shoe).
