HONEY that season premiere was HOT HOT HOT!!! I could not believe this story line. I think now if some girl showed up claiming to be my father's illegitimate child I would have been more like Bird and Terri. This show has definitely heated up. Although Bird had better get her act together and ge her husband back becasue that man is HOT and if she don't want him, that old girlfriend of his from the movie probably still does.

Okay, I thought I was the only one HOOKED on Soul Food! The show is the bomb! I look forward to seeing it every week. And I can agree about the Bird issue...if she doesn't want him, I'll take him To those of you who haven't caught an episode, you need to tune in...and I'll bet you get hooked too!

HONEY that man is so fiiiiiiine, I would drink his bathwater (remember that from House PArty). Any way, yes he did have a shady past and worked some shady jobs last season, but he showed us just how hard it is for a former prison citizen to become gainfully employed. Like how I changed the usual ex con into a more politically correct term

I agree with all of you, this season of Soul Food has really heated up. Did you all see the episode for this week with Damon's girlfriend showing up, ah yeah this is going to be good!!

P.S. I asked this on another question, but when you are psoting using a quote, how do you only use a certain part of the quote, or how do you bold what you want to say.

Last night I watched last week's episode as well as this week's episode and they were both so good. I was so glad to see Terri and Maxine helping each other and loving each other. That poem that Max wrote was beautiful. These 2 episodes bought tears to my eyes.

I was TRIPPING @ the offer that the law firm Terri represented offered her $350,000 + a PHAT benefits package. Look @ Green and Norris can give Terri a 50% RAISE but won't make her partner. My advice to her is to stay there, work your butt off and then GO OFF on YOUR OWN with Josephina and continue to kick butt in the court room. I am thankful that as a teacher my dealings with cut throat Corporate America comes in a much weaker form than what Terri and others in her position must deal with.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan Why was tonight the Season Finale!!! Although I will be calling tomorrow to cancel Showtime I will be back in June. Soul Food is the only reason I have Showtime in the first place.

Tonight's ep!!!!!!! Miles might be coming back!! Damon don't believe in GOD!! Bird was about to go to church after clubbing!!
That accident, DAMON this is a prime example of letting the cell phone stay on the floor or asking Bird to pick it up!! I was feeling Lem's pain though.

Definetely feeling you on last nights episode. That was one of the best season finales that I have seen in a long time. I think that the accident will bring DAMON (with his fine self! ) closer to God. I can't wait for next season to start!!!

I cannot wait for the new season!!! I really hope that everyone comes back to the show, I think everyone adds their own personal touch to the show. From the way the season ended, if someone isn't coming back, it will either be Kenny or Bird because the doctors said that Maxine had stabilized. Lord, I hope they all come back!! Bird has Jeremiah and Lem to look after (although she was acting like she wasn't trying to let Lem come back home in the later episodes), and Kenny and Max are what holds the family together, they have the best relationship!! But, one thing that I hope is going to happen is that Max will run for Alderman after ol' girl played her about getting the stop signs put up on the street. I could talk all day about this show, but one thing's for sure: At 11:01, Soror Crimson Tide, I'll be here to discuss it with ya!!

From what I have read, everyone is coming back. The sisters were on the cover of the last Jet that I received. Kenny has grown hair and Lem has let his hair grow longer. I liked Kenny better bald.....that was sexy
