Here are a lot of ideas I've come up with (some on my own and some others 'stolen' if you will) and given to my chapter's Phi Director -- we've also used some of these for other events around campus.
P.S. - Where it says "FM", just use the Greek letters Phi and Mu.

WHAT IS A PHI MU?
A Phi Mu is a girl who has moonglow in her hair, stardust in her eyes, and heaven in her smile.
Her impish grin is sunshine on a cloudy day.
Its warmth is a caress which peeps through your troubles and quickly dries your tears.
She is a girl in a pink lace dress who looks for all the world like a princessin spite of the freckles on her nose.
She is beauty sitting cross-legged in bermuda shortsgiving motherly advice.
She is sister, mother, and friendall rolled into one.
She can be playful, coy, and even mischievous.
She has the power to lift your hopes with one glance, one twinkle of those laughing eyes.
When she smiles, she brings courage and hope to your heart.
