Input on Recruitment

SInce we don't have a house, our dues are significantly lower than most chapters. AM dues are 165 per semester and brothers are 265, although the AM dues do no include Initiation fees. I thought maybe raise AM dues by 10, 20, or even 30 dollars and have the new AMs pick a brother/AM who was most influential in them rushing Lambda Chi, that brother would recieve the break off dues, and with the increase of AM dues will cover the discount.
The other thing is our Beta point winner each semester gives one member 100 dollars off of dues. By giving some beta points away for every person they bring to rush events, and some more beta points for each person that assoiciates with us, would motivate members to recruit a little more.

What are Beta points and how do they work?

I just kinda figured beta points were used at all chapters...sorry

Beta points are given out for any event we do, both on and off campus where attendance is not mandatory. For instance, if there is Greek Night at one of the volleyball games, everybrother/AM is awarded X amount of beta points for showing up. On the other hand, NAFD is mandatory so you don't get beta points. At the end of each semester the points are tallied up and the winner recieves a prize....
