Elon University in Elon, NC voted to add another PHC chapter. If your interested look into it.

we can't really do anything to look into it.... there's a whole big process that the panhel has to go through with NPC.....

thanks for the heads up though.... i thought maybe we had a chapter there, i could be wrong
